Once we have determined that I can help you or your family member, the fee for my services is determined by the nature of the work.  If we are filing a Social Security Disability (SSI or SSDI) application or appeal, the Social Security Administration generally allocates to me 25% of the retroactive payment to the client once the case is approved. 

 

For all other work, I charge an hourly rate of $250/hour.​ I charge for time spent researching your particular situation, time spent face to face with you, either in-person or virtually (phone, Zoom or similar) and time spent providing you with detailed written summaries.​​ I do not charge for short phone calls or email exchanges to set appointments or make clarifications.
